We kindly request all employees to complete the Annual Evaluation Form for 2024 by February 03, 2025. This evaluation will help us measure performance efficiency and facilitate the implementation of annual increases, rewards, and incentives.
Submission Instructions:
- Submit completed forms to your sector head.
- Ensure the form is approved by your direct manager.
- Submit the final paper copy to Human Resources no later than the Second week of February 2025.
