The Best Cooking Oils – Healthy vs Unhealthy


The subject of “fat” can be quite a confusing one, especially when it comes to exactly which types of fat we should be eating and which ones we should be avoiding at all costs.

This becomes particularly confusing for many people when deciding which oils are the healthiest for cooking on their weight loss meal plans.

“Fats and Oils” is the topic of my next several newsletters so to answer all reader questions and clear up any confusion you may have on this topic.

We’re going to begin with a wonderful article from my good friend and fellow nutritionist, Mike Geary.
