Desserts for the Holidays – what are the options?

With the Holidays right around the corner, who can resist desserts? I don't know about you, but I love desserts and resisting desserts all the time can sometimes be quite a challenge for many people (including myself).

What many people don’t realize is that there is such a thing as a “healthy dessert”…and I recently have been experimenting with making a few great desserts at home.

But having the same dessert all the time might get a little boring… so….I thought it would be great to create an entire e-book filled with delicious, healthy and simple dessert recipes.

Before I share some of my very own favorite dessert recipes, I want to know what your favorite dessert recipe is.

Here’s what I mean.

Send us your favorite Isabel-approved dessert recipes (and that means all the ingredients are "program" friendly) and we will put them together in a complete desserts e-book.  We'll then put it in your Beyond Diet account for you to download at no cost!

Several months back, with the help of Beyond Diet members just like you, we were able to compile a similar “Soup Book”. Well, the compliments are still pouring in from that book and everyone absolutely loved getting a downloadable book filled with creative and delicious Isabel-approved soup recipes.

So let’s do it again with dessert, shall we?

Here’s what I need you to do:

  1. Make sure your recipe includes only Isabel-approved ingredients. You may want to look through your manual again for a quick reference to be sure (but don’t worry if you are not sure, we’ll check each recipe to make sure it’s Isabel-approved).
  2. Make your delicious dessert and take a picture of yourself with it (if you don’t want to be in the picture, you can just send a picture of the dessert itself). Your recipe must come along with a picture!
  3. Email your picture and your recipe to dessert@beyonddiet.com.
  4. Let us know your name and where you are from (city, state/province, country). You can also let us know if you would like to include only your first name.
  5. Email your submissions by Friday, November 11th!
