If there’s one thing that you and I both know is that weight loss and fat loss is not an easy task. I’m sure you know exactly what I’m talking about here.
I’d love to be able to say to you “Hey it’s a cinch, no problem at all”, but let’s admit it. If it was truly that easy, everyone would be slim and trim right?

1. Use it on your computer or print it out…whichever is easiest for you. Read it through once (it’s only 14 pages and it took me about 15 minutes).
2. Write down the 6 step plan outlined on page 4 (or print out page 4).
3. Answer the questions that go along with step 1 and 2 on pages 5-6.
4. Read page 11 thoroughly and create your own….you’ll see what I’m talking about when you read this page.
