The reality behind losing fat "FAST"

I just created a new magic pill that’s going to melt fat off your body super fast made of super ancient ingredients no one has ever told you about before.  Not only that, it’s going to the gym for you and going to cook all of your meals at the same time.  Would you like one?  (Oh yeah, and it does dishes too).

Am I kidding?  Yes, of course I’m kidding, but this is usually what most people are looking for when they first think about losing weight…something that is going to work overnight and do all the work for you.

I hate being the bearer of bad news, but no such program exists (or pill for that matter), but fortunately I do have some good news.

There are specific strategies that you can implement that will help you see your unwanted fat come off your body faster than just the same old ordinary weight loss techniques.

Are these strategies extreme?  A little bit.

Are they easy to implement?  Sure, if you’re willing to put in the commitment.

Do they work?  Yup, they definitely do.

What am I talking about specifically?

My good friend and fat loss “guru” Joel Marion has come up with a 25-day rapid fat loss program, appropriately named The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet.  Using this system you can lose up to 25lbs in 25 days and see some pretty amazing results in less than a month’s time.

“Isabel.  Isn’t such rapid weight loss unhealthy?  Am I going to have to starve myself to accomplish this?”

I just knew you were going to ask me that so I decided I would let you in on exactly how I feel about Joel’s program (along with a little inside scoop on exactly what’s in there).

  1. Joel uses a very detailed and strategically planned 5 day rotation system that uses a different and unique eating strategy each day.  You use methods like cheat days, fast days, depletion days, and strategically timed exercise on specific days in order to create the most ideal fat burning environment.  I am thoroughly impressed by the science behind these strategies and the way Joel has incorporated all of these methods in one place.  I love the way he has set this up.
  2. Joel tells you exactly what kind of exercise you need to do on each specific eating day.  And, yes, there is a science to that too.  Did you know that if you do a certain type of workout before your cheat day, you will actually end up burning more fat on the day you’re indulging in your favorite foods?  Yup, and Joel tells you exactly why that is the case.  I don’t know about you, but I’m the kind of person that needs my exercise program completely laid out for me.  If someone else does not provide the structure then I end up being “all over the place” which is why I really like how Joel has provided a calendar to show you exactly what to do on which days.
  3. Joel uses another strategy called a “shake day” where most of your meals will be coming from shakes.  Yes, this will make certain days super easy, but as most of you know, I’m just not a big fan of drinking shakes.  I guess I’m just a believer in “food is king” and don’t like for anyone to replace quality food with powder.  With that being said, there have been thousands of people who have seen incredible fat loss success with shakes as a part of their meal plans.  I’m just not a fan.
So to answer your question, no the plan is not unhealthy.  It uses healthy components to accomplish some pretty radical results.   You are to follow the program for only 25 days and then resume a more “long term” way of eating.  Where my nutrition strategy is truly a way of life, this is a “hurry up and get the fat off now” kind of plan.

It is really important to note that this program is NOT for everyone.

Look, this stuff really works.  Really sheds off the fat and gets you some pretty dramatic results in a short period of time, but I will tell you, it will take discipline and commitment.  Any worthy goal takes some work right?  And that’s what getting rid of your fat is going to take…discipline and commitment.

Ask yourself right now if you’re willing to do what it takes for the next 25 days to really make a significant change in your body and if the answer is not “Yes, Yes, Yes” then I do not recommend you begin this program.
